Kay Sutcliffe

Kay started with Dowling in 2024 and is responsible for working with Tenants to ensure excellent customer service and additional communication alongside Madison and her portfolio. She finds fulfillment in customer service through the joy of helping others. Kay aspires to be the best version of herself for her family and aims to inspire her husband and family to pursue their dreams and goals. Her ideal weekend includes enjoying sleep-ins, having breakfast dates with her husband, and spending time catching up with family.
 
A surprising fact about Kay is that she is a miracle baby and her dream overseas holiday is to backpack through Europe.
